Markings: The left of the upper assembly is marked with a Wolf logo, “SV”, “W1510”, Austrian proofs and “SDY”. The left of the frame is marked “1510”, with Austrian proofs and “EDH”. The right of the upper assembly is marked “CAL. 9×19 Made in Austria”, the right of the frame is marked “Intrac Knox, TN”. The back of the bolt is marked with Austrian proofs, “W1510”, and “SDY”.
Barrel Length: 4 1/2”, 5 1/2″ to Compensator
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade fixed to a rise in the barrel rib. The rear sight is an LPA sights square notch sight that is adjustable for windage and elevation. There are three empty drilled and tapped holes on the rib.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece smooth wood panels. There are rubber finger grooves on the front strap and a serrated rubber panel attached to the back strap. There are a few little dings on the wood panels, the most noticeable are on the left panel. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips are in about Fine condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 97% of its metal finish. There are a couple scattered scuffs and rubs. There are a few little marks through the finish, the most noticeable are on the left side of the frame towards the rear and trigger guard on the bottom at the grip frame. There is some light wear on the controls. There are only a few scattered minor marks and light operational wear. The screw heads are undamaged. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol is in about Fine Plus condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The trigger is light and crisp. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is an 18-round magazine and a pair of black rubberized two-piece grips. Please note, no magazine will be included if prohibited by your local laws.
Our Assessment: Something of an obscure pistol, the Wolf Ultramatic is an engineering marvel. With a locking bolt mechanism, fixed barrel and crisp single action trigger, the Ultramatic makes for a great target pistol. The SV model has a 6 1/2? sight radius and is rather large at about 9 1/2? long and 6? tall. The mass of the gun and low reciprocating mass of the bolt assembly also help to enhance accuracy and speed up follow-up shots. This example is in great shape retaining about 97% of its metal finish with a great bore and strong mechanics. It comes with one magazine to get you started, it should make for a great shooter. It would also serve as a great conversation piece as they are quite rare and certainly unique in design. Please see our photos and good luck!
