Markings: The top of the bolt is marked “1805”, an eagle over “N” proof, a faded date code which appears to be “IC”, faded Ulm antler proof, “HK” logo and “11/82”. The barrel is marked “805” and with an eagle over “N” on the left-rear, the right-rear has an “HK” logo.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.

Overall Condition: This conversion kit retains about 98% of its metal finish. There is some very minor operational wear. Otherwise, there are only light handling marks.

Mechanics: We did not install or fire this kit, but we see nothing to indicate that it will not function properly if correctly installed. As with all used items, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This kit comes in a fitted wood box painted green on the exterior. The lid has “Einsteckgerat 5,6mm x 16 fur Gewehr G1 / -Ausfuhrung B-” in black paint, the interior has a sticker marked “CONVERSION KIT 7.62 MILLIMETRE RIFLE .22 INCH CALIBRE L12A1 / 6920-12-147-6954 QTY1”, “BARREL RIFLE 1005-12-147-6955 QTY1 / BREECH MECHANISM ASSEMBLY 1005-12-147-6956 QTY1 / MAGAZINE ASSEMBLY 1005-12-147-6963 QTY2 / CASE 7.62MM CONVERSION KIT 6920-12-147-6964 QTY1”. The kit is complete with barrel, breech mechanism assembly, two 20-round magazines and manual. The case shows similar minimal wear.
