Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “FABARM USA-Cambridge, MD / READ OWNERS MANUAL BEFORE USE”. The left side of the receiver is marked “100% Made in Italy – 12 GA – Overpressure tested 1630 BAR – Steel shot proof”, “L4S”, with game bird scenes, geometric patterns, proofs and the date code. The right side of the barrel is marked “FABARM S.p.A – TRIBORE HP – 12 GA 3″ 12/76mm / MADE IN ITALY – OVERPRESSURE TESTED 1630 BAR”. The right side of the receiver is marked “Grey Hunter”, “L4S”, “FABARM”, “IT19”, with the serial number, with waterfowl scenes, geometric patterns, proofs, and the date code. There is a small proof on the bolt.
Barrel Length: 26” Vent Rib
Choke: A Modified choke is currently installed. Also included are Full and Improved Cylinder Chokes.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a metal bead set on the vent rib. The rib is checkered and the receiver is serrated for glare reduction. The top of the receiver has provisions for claw mounts.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered & stippled Turkish walnut with a pistol grip, straight comb, and black rubber buttpad. There is a QD mount in the belly and another in the magazine tube cap. There are a few faint marks from handling, no major defects. There are no chips or cracks. The checkering and stippling are strong. The LOP measures 14 3/8″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The vent rubber pad has some light. Overall, the stocks are in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. There is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are no major defects, just light handling and faint operational wear. The pin heads are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun is in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is a Fabarm case, paperwork including the manual, Improved Cylinder choke, Full choke, and a choke wrench.
Our Assessment: This is a beautiful shotgun from Fabarm that looks to have seen little to no use. The L4S incorporates an innovative new design that allows the fore-end to be removed without disassembling the shotgun. The design has two significant advantages. Removing the fore-end allows the action to be cleaned and lubricated without having to disassemble the whole gun. Additionally, it eliminates having the wood be part of the structural assembly of the gun, making the action and barrel relationship more accurate and stronger. By taking the stress off of the wood fore-end you also eliminate the forces that can damage and crack the wood. All grades feature Turkish walnut with a satin oil finish. The L4S is lightweight making it a pleasure to carry in the field and has a gas operating system that significantly reduces recoil. It will handle every type of ammunition from 2 ¾” target to heavy 3? magnum hunting loads. Other notable features include a stock shim system for adjusting fit and TRIBORE HP tapered barrels for the ultimate in ballistic performance. The receiver features game scenes and scroll engraving and looks sharp contrasted with the blued barrel and Turkish walnut. This one is in great shape and has hardly any wear, it will be a great new shotgun for one lucky winner. Please see our photos and good luck!
