Markings: The left side of the slide is marked “FN HERSTAL BELGIUM”, the right is marked “Five-seveN cal. 5.7×28”. The barrel is marked with three proofs and “5.7×28”. The right of the frame is marked “FN / COLUMBIA SC” and has a small proof. Each side of the grip is marked with an “FN” monogram logo. There is a metal plate exposed on the right of the accessory rail which is marked with the serial number.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a white dot blade fixed to the front of the slide and the rear sight is a square notch blade with two white dots adjustable for windage and elevation fixed to the rear of the slide.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are integral to the grip frame, presenting raised checkering on the sides with serrations on the front and rear. The grip frame has no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. The grip is in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore but there is some minor fouling in the grooves.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. The pinheads are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Our Assessment: The FN Five-seveN pistol was developed in the early 1990s and features a cold hammer-forged barrel that is chrome-lined for extended service life. The polymer-framed FN Five-seveN offers single-action operation, low felt recoil, 20-round magazine capacity, and is equipped with an ambidextrous, forward-mounted manual safety, and an accessory rail that accepts tactical lights and lasers. The pistol is chambered for the 5.7x28mm cartridge, a small-caliber, high-velocity, center-fire cartridge developed for use in FN’s P90 series as well as this, the Five-seveN. The cartridge allows for high capacity in a smaller feeding device while still providing out-sized energy with a flat trajectory. This is a fantastic pistol chambered for an innovative cartridge and is in Excellent condition. Please see our pictures and good luck.
