Markings: The left side of the frame is marked “MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC” and “READ MANUAL / BEFORE USE”. The left side of the slide is marked “CZ P-09”, “9×19”, and the CZ logo. The right side of the frame is marked with the date code “14”, a Czech proof, “CIP / N”, and the serial number “B648093”. The right side of the frame is marked “CZ-USA, KANSAS CITY, KS”, “CIP / N”, and the serial number. Both sides of the grip are marked with a CZ logo.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a patridge blade with a luminous dot on the rear face set screwed in a fore to aft slot at the front of the slide. The rear sight is a square notch with two luminous dots that is dovetailed and set screwed to the barrel. The luminous dots hold a dim glow in low light conditions.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The black polymer grip is integral to the frame with textured sides, a serrated front strap, and an interchangeable back strap. Two additional back straps are included that measure medium and large. The grip shows no imperfections nor chips or cracks. The grip rates in about Excellent condition. The additional back straps are in excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore, just a small amount of stubborn fouling in the grooves.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. This pistol shows no major imperfections, only light operational wear. The screw heads are sharp and the pins are clean. The markings are crisp. Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. This pistol is equipped with a frame mounted ambidextrous safety. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes in its original serial matching case with paperwork including a manual and test target, interchangeable safety toggles, the previously mentioned back straps, cleaning rod and brush, and on 19-round magazine. Please note, no magazine will be included where prohibited by law.
Our Assessment: As stated perfectly on CZ’s website, “The P-09 is our full-size polymer offering, boasting an impressive 19+1 capacity in its flush-fitting magazine – unsurpassed by any other 9mm service pistol. Featuring the versatile Omega trigger system, the P-09 is shipped with decockers installed but can easily be converted to manual safety with the supplied parts and instructions. Also included are small, medium and large backstraps that allow the user to customize the pistol’s grip to their hand while retaining the natural point of aim that CZ handguns are known for. With an integrated 1913 Picatinny rail, the P-09 is readily adaptable to low-light situations. The Omega DA/SA trigger provides crisp single action trigger break, while providing the safety of a DA first-pull option.” This pistol is very clean and does not appear to have seen much use.
