Markings: The left of the barrel is marked “BERETTA – GARDONE V.T. – MADE IN ITALY / OB HP 12 Ga. 76 mm for 2 3/4?, 3? – 30? – 18.6”, the right is marked with Beretta’s two-line warning address. The left of the receiver is marked “A400 – Xcel – 12 GA / MADE IN ITALY – PATENTED”, the right is marked with a Beretta logo over “BERETTA”, “Xcel” and at the bottom-front edge with the serial number and “IT19”. The bottom-front is marked with Italian proofs and “CU in box date code. The right of the bolt is marked “-BLINK-”, the serial number, and a proof.
Barrel Length: 30” with Carbon Fiber Vent-Rib
Choke: The barrel is threaded for Optima Bore HP chokes. Installed is an Extended Improved Modified choke, also included are Modified and Improved Cylinder.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a white bead in a base attached to the rib at the muzzle. There is an alignment bead at the midsection. The top of the rib is finely checkered and the top of the receiver is serrated for glare reduction.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are a two-piece checkered oiled walnut set with a pistol grip, fluted straight comb, and Beretta Kick-Off recoil pad system. There are one or two light compressions, most noticeable on the comb. There are a couple of light handling marks. The checkering is strong. There are no chips or cracks. The cast is about neutral. The LOP measures 14? from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The pad has no notable wear or damage. Overall the stocks are in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, there is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are a couple of little rubs and light handling marks. The pinheads are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is a serial matching Beretta hard case, two additional chokes (Modified & Improved Cylinder), choke wrench, manual, Beretta oil, and a stock shim.
