Our Assessment: The Colt Single Action Army is possibly the most iconic and evocative handgun made. Often touted as the gun that won the American West, it’s dependable, durable design and natural pointability has made it a favorite for over 130 years. It is still favored by Cowboy Action Shooters, collectors, aficionados of the American West, or anyone who needs a dependable, accurate revolver. This one is in Excellent condition and would fit in perfectly in a collection. It is remarkable the condition that this gun is in. It appears that it has been used very little since it was made in 1956.
