Markings: The underside of the barrel is marked “THE GARCIA CORP WASH D.C.”. The left side of the barrel is marked “FINNBEAR” “MADE IN FINLAND”. The top of the barrel is marked “SAKO / .25-06” along with two finnish proof marks. The left side of the receiver is marked “L61R” and with the serial number, “No. 91167” and with two factory markings. The bottom of the bolt handle is hand scribed “167”.

Sights/Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights on this rifle. The receiver is drilled, tapped, and filled with two-piece optic mounts that have attached a Kassnar 3-9x scope with a crosshair reticle. The scope body has scattered light nicks with some light adhesive residue, the glass is fairly clear, and overall, the scope rates in Very Good condition.
Stock Configuration and Condition: The stock is a one-piece checkered wood with pistol grip, fluted Monte Carlo comb with cheek-piece, and a brown rubber ventilated recoil pad. The cheek piece has a few light nicks at the rear. The upper edge of the forend has intermittent minor nicks. There are no chips or cracks. The checkering is sharp. The LOP measures 14” from the trigger to the rubber recoil pad. The recoil pad is soft and pliable. The stock rates in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 96% of its metal finish. The underside of the barrel has a few light nicks and the receiver has taken on a distinct plum hue. The screw heads show light use with strong slots. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Fine overall condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all previously owned firearms, thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
