Our Assessment: This is a Smith & Wesson Model 648, 6-Shot .22 Magnum Single and Double Action Target Revolver. It has a stainless finish, 6” barrel, patridge front sight, micrometer rear sight, Goncalo Alves combat stocks, smooth combat trigger, and a semi-target hammer. This one has seen some light use but still looks great and has a great bore. This revolver would be tremendous fun to shoot targets with or use for varmint hunting. It will also make a nice companion for a 686 if you have one. Any way you slice it this will be a nice addition to the collection of one lucky winner. Please see our photos and good luck!
