Markings: The left side of the frame is marked “COLT GOLD CUP / -TROPHY-” and features a trophy cup. The left side of the trigger guard is marked “W” and has a triangle marked “VP”. The barrel is marked “-COLT SUPER 38 AUTO N.M.-”. The right side of the frame is marked “Colt’s PT.F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A.” and features the serial number “GV017313”.

Sights/ Optics: The front sight is a dovetailed red fiber optic sight at the front end of the slide. The rear sight is a windage and elevation adjustable serrated face square notch dovetailed onto the rear of the slide marked “COLT” and featuring a Rampant Colt Logo.
Stock Configuration & Condition/ Grip: The grips are G-10 blue and black checkered wood panels with thumb groove. There is no notable wear or damage to the grips, only light handling marks. The checkering is sharp. There are no chips or cracks. Overall the grips are in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The Bore is bright and rifling sharp. There is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is some routine wear from past handling, inspection and storage. The screwheads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The slide to frame fit is snug. The pistol features an undercut trigger guard and extended grip safety beavertail. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, it may need a thorough cleaning to meet your maintenance standards.
Box Paperwork and Accessories: The pistol comes with a detachable magazine. It is marked “38S” on the left side and features 9 holes to view casings. There is some minor wear but the magazine remains in Excellent condition. Also included is the original box with corresponding serial number, foam inserts, instructions, orange pistol plug, NRA application, and padlock with keys. The box and its components are in Excellent condition.
