Our Assessment: The S&W Model 296Ti was made from only 1999 to 2001 and is a concealed hammer revolver built on an alloy round butt L frame chambered for .44 Special. With its concealed hammer design, light alloy frame, and compact boot grips this will be an excellent piece for concealed carry and there is little to snag when being drawn. With that being said, this one has seen little time outside of the included case and is in truly Excellent condition so Smith collectors will likely show interest. This is a great opportunity to pick up a 296 if you have not added one to your collection yet. Please see our photos and good luck!
