Our Assessment: The Anschutz Model 54 M Sporter is a magazine fed bolt action rifle that takes .22 WRM rounds. This model was imported by Savage Arms and is from 1973 from West Germany and still retains the Cold War era West German markings. This rifle is a perfect companion for hunting or target shooting.
