Our Assessment: The Ruger 77/22 is the handsomer, more interesting cousin to the venerable 10/22 rifle. A quality bolt-action rifle with magazine compatibility across the two platforms, it’s a fine next step for any shooter that is ready to graduate from the 10/22. If a son received a 10/22 at 10 years old, then may he receive a 77/22 at 20. This example was produced in 1991, and is notable for being the All Weather version with the less common skeleton stock. And being chambered for the slightly more powerful .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire, taking down game beyond squirrel or rabbit such as coyote or a fox is a possibility. This rifle is in Fine condition, with a bright bore, and a smooth bolt-action with very little wear. Good luck and happy bidding!
