Our Assessment: The Remington 700 needs no introduction. It has been one of the most popular bolt action rifles in America for decades, seeing use in target shooting, hunting, and in law enforcement and has been produced in just about any caliber and configuration you could think of. Being such a popular and time tested model it is no wonder a market would spring up for custom enhancements. This one has been modified and had an extractor added to the bolt, been bedded in the aftermarket stock, and has a fluted 26” barrel chambered for 7mm Hart. This will make for a fine target shooting rifle and should be capable of some impressive groups. Please see our photos and good luck!
