Markings: The right side of the receiver is marked “Carroll, IA”. The left side of the receiver is marked “SM00939” and “Volquartsen SM”. The left side of the barrel near the receiver is marked with the company logo and “17 WSM”. The buttpad is marked “decelerator”.
Barrel Length: 22” to the end of the compensator.
Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. Mounted to the top of the receiver via Picatinny rail and two rings is a Vortex Viper scope featuring a Deadhold BDC reticle with 4-16x magnification. The scope shows a few light scratches and small handling marks. The lenses are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Fine condition.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The one-piece black freckled composite stock features a pistol grip, a cheekpiece, a firm rubber buttpad, a sling stud in the belly, and a Harris SBR bipod with a minimum height of 6” and a maximum height of 9”. The bipod springs are strong and it rates in about Fine condition. The stock shows some very minor little nicks and dings. There are no major imperfections to speak of. The LOP measures 13 1/2” from the front of the trigger to the back of the firm rubber buttpad. The stock rates in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with some light fouling and the rifling is sharp.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows no noteworthy imperfections. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Aside from the previously mentioned bipod and scope, this gun comes in a hard black plastic case with a manual and three rotary magazines. The case shows some light scuffs and scratches consistent with storage wear. It rates in about Fine condition. The magazines show practically no wear and are in Excellent condition.
