HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A. / 72B2174”. The barrel is marked “-COLT 45 AUTO-“. The left of the trigger guard is marked with the “VP” proof and “L”, the right is marked “G”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a ramped blade fixed to the front of the slide. The rear sight is a square notch dovetailed to the rear of the slide.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two piece checkered double diamond wood. The grips have a few light handling marks and the checkering is sharp. Overall, the grips are in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are no major defects, just light handling wear. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol is in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The slide to frame fit has hardly any play. The trigger is light and crisp. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, it may need a thorough cleaning to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes with a two-piece blue box, serial matching white case sleeve, paperwork including the manual & stop sign hang tag, original sales receipt, and a pair of 7-round magazines. The box has a few light handling marks, in about Excellent condition. The sleeve has some scattered scuffs, spots of light discoloration, and some light edge wear, in about Fine condition. The magazines show faint operational wear with intact feed lips and strong springs, in about Fine Plus condition.
