Our Assessment: This is a beautiful pair of Single Action Army revolvers, made in 1997. The pair was special-ordered with consecutive serial numbers, 4 3/4″ barrels, nickel finish, and chambered for the classic .45 Colt cartridge. Even more interesting, these revolvers were ordered by and come from the collection of Rick Hacker, noted gun writer, NRA Field Editor and winner of the John T. Amber Literary Award. This gorgeous guns appear to have spent well more of their lives in their factory boxes than out, with little sign of use since leaving Colt. They will make a fine addition to any collection. Please see our photos and good luck!
