Markings: The left side of the slide is marked “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q.”. The left front bow of the trigger guard is marked “L.ERNST / D”. The front strap is marked with the serial number. The right side of the slide is marked “MADE IN BELGIUM / BY FABRIQUE NATIONALE HERSTAL”. The right front bow of the trigger guard is marked with proofs. The chamber is marked “CAL. 9m/m L” and with the serial number. The top of the slide is engraved with a banner that reads “1889-1989” above an FN monogram logo above another banner that reads “CENTENARY”. The bottom of the trigger guard is marked “062 / 100”. The sides of the frame, bottom of the trigger guard, back strap, front strap, and top of the slide are beautifully scroll and floral motif engraved by Lucien Ernst.
Barrel Length: 4 5/8”
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a half round blade fixed to the slide. The rear sight is a square notched sight dovetailed into the slide.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are checkered walnut with circles and border engraving surrounding the raised checkered portions. The checkering and ornamental engraving is strong and there are no major defects. The grips rate in about Excellent condition.

Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 99% plus of its metal finish. There are some minor marks from storage and light hadling plus some light grease marks from the included packaging. The screw heads have deep slots and display faint use. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is a pair of 13-round magazines, manual, slotted cleaning rod, and a serial matching box. The magazines have a few light marks on the baseplates and there are a few oil marks, moreso on the magazine that was outside the gun during storage. The mags rate in about Fine Plus condition. The box has some edge wear, a few creases, a few spots of light surface loss, and a few small tears that are mainly on the sides from opening and closing. There is a pink sticker on the top of the box. The box rates in about Very Good-Fine condition. Please note, no magazines will be included if prohibited by your local laws.
