Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “WINCHESTER MODEL 9422 XTR -.22 S-L-LR / MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN. U.S.A.WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL”. The top of the barrel is marked with “WP”. The bottom of the frame and lever assembly are marked “F415043”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a beaded blade and is dovetailed to a hooded, serrated, and ramped base. The rear sight is a “U” notch leaf and elevator style sight, the elevator is present.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut with straight griip, checkered black plastic Winchester buttplate and barrel band on the forend. The checkering is mostly sharp with a couple of isolated individual compressed checkers. The wear on the wood surfaces is more consistent with storage wear than with actual shooting wear. The stocks show a few very light drag marks. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 ¾” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. The buttplate shows light wear with some minor discoloration on the edges, please refer to pictures. The stocks rate in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. The balance of finish shows very light handling and storage marks consistent with very light use if at all. The bolt shows finish loss from working the action. The markings are clear. The screw heads are sharp. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your standards.
