Our Assessment: This is a beautiful Italian made side-by-side 12 gauge shotgun with outstanding wood, engraved silver nitride receiver and a deep polished blue on the barrels. It’s intriguing that the date code on the serial-matching barrels is for 1998, but the Beretta records show import in 2002. It may just take four years to make such a fine shotgun! The gun is lightweight and well balanced, great for just about any fowling purposes. This is a gorgeous gun in Excellent condition which will take a prized place in any hunter’s collection.
