Markings: The lower tang is marked “95 DUR14”. The water table is Spanish proofed along with “31-03 / 0074-95”. The top of the 16 gauge barrel is marked “GRULLA ARMAS EIBAR MADE IN SPAIN / AMERICAN ARMS INC. N.K.C. MO 16 GA 2 3/4 IN.”. The underside of the barrel is marked with three stars under one and four stars on the other. The underside also has various Spanish proofs and matching the water table “31-03 / 0074-95”. The forend metal is marked “16”. The top of the 12 gauge barrel is marked “GRULLA ARMAS EIBAR MADE IN SPAIN / AMERICAN ARMS INC. N.K.C. MO 12 GA 3″ IN.”. The underside of the barrel is marked with three stars under one and four stars on the other. The underside also has various Spanish proofs and matching the water table “31-03 / 0074-95”.The forend metal is marked “12”
Barrel Length: 28” 12 gauge barrel, 26″ 16 gauge barrel
Choke: The 12 Gauge barrel is Improved Modified x Modified. 16 Gauge barrel is Improved Modified x Improved Cylinder.
Sights / Optics: The barrel each had a single bead at the muzzle.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The Shotgun has two forends, each specific to the barrel, and a buttstock. The hand checkering is sharp throughout and the wood itself beautifully figured. There is a Duck’s Unlimited emblem in the belly of the buttstock. The wood to metal fit throughout is tight and professionally done. There are no notable chips or cracks to the wood. There are no notable defects to the stock worth mentioning, it looks like it has lived in the case most of it life and shamefully never hunted with and no indication of field use or wear. The LOP measures 14.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the red Old English style solid recoil pad. The pad is still fairly supple. The stocks rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bores are bright, there is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. We don’t think this shotgun has seen much daylight or field use. It looks great with only light respectful handling marks from typical function testing and assembly. You will have to hold the gun inches from your face and be very picky to find anything wrong. Nothing eye-catching but the overall beauty. The screw heads are sharp and appear unturned, the markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Our Assessment: This is a beautiful two barrel shotgun set. It has a quality fit and finishes with tasteful English Rose/Scroll engraving that is crisp and clear. It would be a shame to leave this shotgun locked up, but it is the choice of the next owner to take it out in the field (looks like the last one didn’t!). Not too nice not to shoot, but just nice enough you won’t be the next bird dog with your friends. Not to mention that this is a limited edition of 25 guns made for the Duck’s Unlimted and may become a great investment for the future as a unique limited edition collectible…..
