Fjestad’s “Blue Book of Gun Values” the Colt Python is “…one of the few hand fitted revolvers ever produced.” They are known for both their distinctive raised rib and beautiful Colt “Royal Blue” finish. This is a well-cared for example of a gun no longer produced in the traditional walnut and blue steel. It is a versatile handgun capable of shooting a wide range of .38 Special and .357 Magnum ammunition and with its adjustable sights can be regulated to match whatever ammo you are currently using. It is capable of serving as a service revolver, target revolver and home defense handgun.
