Additional photos of the letter will be added to this listing when it arrives and it will be included with the pistol for the winning bidder. The box has scattered light storage wear, scuffs and fraying at edges and corners, in about Very Good condition.

Our Assessment: Everyone should have a Colt Single Action Army, and this example from Colt’s Custom Shop would be a nice one to add to any collection. Manufactured in 1983, this revolver is a Colt Armory Edition, one of only 500 with 150 finished blue & case color and 150 finished nickel. This example is in Excellent condition with minor evidence of turning on the .45 Colt cylinder, none on the .45 ACP cylinder, and otherwise showing only light handling marks in its beautiful finish and gorgeous stocks. The pistol comes in its orginal cardboard box, but does not have the presentation case which would have originally shipped with the gun. It is no less beautiful for that and will make a great display in a Colt collection or BBQ gun for the lucky winner. Please see our photos and good luck!
