Our Assessment: HK is well known as a high quality manufacturer, but they are primarily known for military and law-enforcement marketed firearms. They have had a series of sporting rifles which, while lesser known, is of as good or better quality than their other offerings. Perhaps the least well known of these is the model 300, a semi-automatic detachable magazine fed rifle chambered for .22 Magnum. This chambering allows for more power and greater range than other rimfire cartridges, making it a good rifle for both target shooting and small game. This rifle is in Excellent condition with 99% of its metal finish and some very minor wear in the stock. This is a must-have for an HK collector, but it is also a great sporting rifle that will wreak havoc on the local varmints. Please see our photos and good luck!
