Our Assessment: Freedom Arms makes premier quality firearms, and this single action Model 1997 Premier Grade revolver is no exception. The action and trigger pull are exceptional. The included .327 Federal Magnum cylinder allows the use of most any .32 caliber cartridge from .32 S&W and .32 ACP up to .327 Federal Magnum, a cartridge designed to give similar energy to a .357 Magnum out of a smaller cartridge. This is a really nice package for the handgun shooter made by perhaps the best manufacturer of single-action revolvers in the world. Just look at that test target! One ragged hole with a flier about 1/4″ off at 25 yards is just about all you can ask for. Please see our photos and good luck!
