Markings: The barrel is marked “PEDERSOLI / MADE IN ITALY CAT. 10592 / CAL. 30-40K Rag” along with various proof marks. The receiver is case-colored and marked with the serial number “R09665”. The underside tang also features additional proof markings.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a brass blade dovetailed to the barrel. The rifle is equipped with a Malcolm 6X scope. The scope has a brass adjustment ring and a fine reticle. The glass is clear, and the scope is in excellent condition.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The rifle features a two-piece walnut stock with a straight grip and a schnabel forearm. The stock has some light handling marks and minor finish wear and some compression marks. The LOP measures 14 3/4” from the front of the trigger to the back of the steel buttplate. The stock is in about Excellent overall condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: This rifle is a single-shot falling block and does not utilize a magazine.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore but there is stubborn fouling throughout. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows some minor handling wear. The case coloring on the receiver is vibrant, and the bluing on the barrel is deep and well-preserved. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear and well-defined. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
