Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked with Ruger’s 2 Line “Warning Address”. The left side of the receiver is marked “RUGER .32 CAL. CONVERTIBLE / NEW MODEL BLACKHAWK”. The right side of the receiver is marked “610-03313 ”. The .32 H&R Mag. cylinder is marked “S” on the rear face and “32 H&R MAGNUM” around the circumference. The .32-20 cylinder is marked “S” on the rear face and “32-20 WINCHESTER” around the circumference. A flower is engraved on the top strap.
Barrel Length: 6 ½”
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a serrated ramped blade on a riser fixed to the barrel. The rear sight is a square notched elevator leaf pinned to the top strap adjustable for windage and elevation.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The two piece smooth walnut grips sport a silver on back Ruger medallion in each panel. One notable nick in the wood is visible on the rear of the left panel, otherwise little evidence of use is apparent. The grips rate in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is slightly worn. There is patchy erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This revolvers retains about 99% of its finish. Only light handling marks are visible on the metal surfaces. Faint drag lines appear on each cylinder. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this revolver rates in about Very Good condition, due to the erosion in the bore.
Mechanics: The single action pull is crisp and minor play can be felt in the cylinder lock up. The action functions correctly. We did not fire this revolver. As with all previously owned firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This convertible revolver is equipped with a .32 H&R Magnum cylinder and a .32-20 Winchester cylinder. The package is housed in a yellow and black Ruger box which exhibits marks and dents from storage and a patch of surface loss. A Ruger label affixed to the left end reflects the Model of the revolver, but no reference to the serial number is present. The box is in Very Good condition.
Our Assessment: The Ruger Blackhawk is a traditional Cowboy revolver with modern, adjustable sights. Only 500 “Buckeye Special” revolvers were manufactured in 1988. They feature a flower logo on the top strap, extra gloss blue finish and a steel trigger guard and back strap. This one would be in Excellent condition except there is erosion in the bore. Convertible between .32 Harrington & Richardson Magnum and .32-20 Winchester, this is a fun to shoot, light recoil Old West revolver.
