Markings: TThe left side of the receiver is marked “VL63 No. 4882” with two proofs. The left side of the barrel is marked “FINNWOLF MADE IN FINLAND” with two proofs. The top of the barrel is marked “SAKO / Cal. 243”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a beaded blade dovetailed to a checkered ramped base fixed to the barrel, slotted for a hood (not included). The rear sight is a windage adjustable u-notch screw set to a ramped base for elevation adjustment. The top of the receiver is mounted with a Redfield one piece scope rail fitted with a Redfield 6x-18x Rifle scope with Duplex Crosshair Reticle. The sight picture is clear. The scope has some light handling wear. The scope rates in Excellent condition.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is one piece synthetic with a semi-pistol grip, monte carlo comb with cheek piece, rubber buttpad, 2 sling studs front and rear. The LOP measures 13 5/8? from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. There are a few compressions scattered about the stock about the stock but remain for the most part hidden due to the stock’s texture. Overall, the stocks are in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its metal finish.The balance of the finish shows light operation wear. There is thinning on the muzzle. The receiver and lever have turned a plum hue. There is light thinning on the leading edges. The screw heads range from sharp to tool marked with strong slots. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle is in about Excellent condition for C&R.
Mechanics: The action functions smoothly and correctly. The action is tight. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with three 5rd magazines in Fine-Excellent condition.
