Sights / Optics: The front sight is a tall dovetailed post with a brass bead. The rear sight is an adjustable square notch.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two piece, smooth walnut target grips, with silver Ruger phoenix medallions set into the sides. There are light pressure dents and scratches throughout. There are no chips or cracks. Overall the grips are in Very Good condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: 1x 6 round .44 Spl cylinder.
Type of Finish: Blued.
Finish Originality: Original.
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore but there is some stubborn fouling. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates at a 9/10.
Overall Condition: This revolver retains about 99% of its finish. There is a crisp turn line on the cylinder. There are some minor handling marks throughout. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions as intended. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements. The lockup is tight with no cylinder movement.
