Markings: The barrel is marked, “.45 COLT / READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL / RUGER / NEWPORT, NH USA” The right side of the frame is marked, “RUGER REDHAWK” with the ruger logo. The bottom of the grip frame has the serial number.
Barrel Length: 4 3/4?
Sights/Optics: The front sight is a black serrated ramped blade fixed to the barrel with an orange insert. The rear sight is a black square-notch leaf in a base pinned to the top strap and is adjustable for elevation and windage.
Stock Configuration and Condition: The grips are a single piece rubber with deep finger grooves and textured sides. There is minor handling wear throughout. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips rate in Excellent condition.

Cylinders: One 6rd .45 Colt cylinder.
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is very light action wear. There is a crisp turn line in the cylinder. There are scattered faint marks throughout. The screw heads are sharp and the pins undamaged. This pistol is in overall Excellent Condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The cylinders lock up with little side to side play. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
