Our Assessment: The Winchester Legacy Model 9422 was made in 2004 and features a 22.5” and checkered wood. The rifle is chambered in .17 HMR which is a popular small varmint round because of its velocity and flat trajectory. The Winchester quality shines through in the action making this another great plinker or varmint rifle. This rifles condition is indicative of being in the case more than out of it. The rifle does show light erosion at the muzzle. This rifle should make for a beautiful display piece if that’s what your collection needs. Please see our photos and good luck in your bidding!
