Sights / Optics: The front sight is a fixed blade with brass bead, the rear sight is a flip up buckhorn sight. This rifle is mounted with a Leupold VX-I 3-9x40mm scope, the glass is clear and shows a fine crosshair reticle.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a two piece checkered wood with capped pistol grip. The wood shows little to no handling and storage marks. The checkering is sharp. There are no chips or cracks. The stock tightly fits the frame. The LOP measures 13 ¾” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion and for the age, this bore rates a 9 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows extremely minimal wear. You can tell this gun has been very well cared for. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are crisp. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
