Our Assessment: The Ruger M77 is a robust bolt-action rifle designed in 1968 by L. James Sullivan during his short three-years with Ruger. Intended originally as a modernized Mauser 98, it featured simplified ejector updates and a newly designed safety system. This rifle is quite late-era, dates back only to 2013, well-after all major M77 re-tools. This example is notable for being a left-handed model, rather a rarity. In Fine condition, this rifle is largely free of wear. We’ll say simply, do not hesitate to add this M77 to your collection. Good luck and happy bidding!
