Our Assessment: This is a great opportunity to own a fine Walther GX1 target rifle. Not many of these were imported into the United States. This one is, and it’s set up for competition with a Walther rear peep sight with Anshutz eyepiece, and fully adjustable thumbhole stock with adjustable comb, and butt plate. These rifles are frequently compared to the Anschutz 1813 and are very high quality target rifles. The stock was designed by Lanny Bassham from the United States Shooting team and the GX1 has also been used to win multiple Olympic championships. This one is nice looking, has a great bore, and strong mechanics. This will be a great target shooting rifle and you can tailor it exactly to your needs. Please see our photos and good luck!
