Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this rifle. As with all previously owned firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: The rifle comes with a green canvas sling. It shows some soiling on the canvas as well as oxidation and scrapes on the metal. It is in about Very Good Plus condition.

Our Assessment: This Harrington & Richardson Arms M1 Garand was made back in 1954. It uses almost all Harrington & Richardson parts so it has lots of little “HRA” markings on the metal. Even the gas cylinder lock screw is marked “HRA”. The follower is not an HRA part. This M1 Garand looks great and has a strong bright bore. It will add to your Military collection.
