Our Assessment: This Enfield No7 MkI is the training variation of the No4 MkI. It was made by the Birmingham Small Arms Co. of England. In 1948 the Birmingham Small Arms Co. manufactured 2,500 of a new .22″ training version of the No.4 Rifle for Royal Air Force and R.A.F. Regiment use. These are rare Training Rifles. This one comes in its wooden crate. Unfortunately the trigger has an issue that has to be remedied prior to taking this out to the range. Good luck.
