There is some verdigris in the checkering on the right side of the grip. The checkering is mainly strong but there are some nicked peaks which are on the right side of the forearm. The LOP measures approximately 13 1/2” & 12 1/2” from the front of the trigger to the back of the recoil pad and wood, respectively. The pad shows light wear and remains supple. Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its metal finish. There is a small amount of pitting on the right rear of the receiver. There is another tiny spot of erosion on the top of the barrel towards the rear. There are handling marks on the bolt handle and the body has standard operational wear. The screw slots are sharp and the markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Fine-Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. There is a manual safety on the right rear of the receiver. As with all firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is the previously described Leupold scope.
