Our Assessment: This Sporting Rifle started life as a Lee-Metford MkII. It was originally made by the British Small Arms Company (B.S.A. Co.) of England. It has since been converted to a Sporting Rifle. The rifle now uses a 1941 dated Enfield barrel with a custom rear sight installed. The action has been dropped into a hand checkered stock. This is a lightweight rifle that can put lots of .303 on target. Good luck.
