Our Assessment: This Remington Model 1903-A3 receiver was made during WWII and has since been turned into a custom .22 caliber rifle. This 03A3 had its receiver modified for use with a 1922M2 bolt and has had a 1942 Springfield Armory 1922 barrel installed and now functions as a single shot. This one has been refinished and looks good, it has some scattered wear but has a great bore and good mechanics. This is a really neat rifle that will be a ton of fun to shoot. Please see our photos and good luck!
