Markings: The left side of the slide is marked “CZ SHADOW 2”, “9×19”, and with the CZ logo. The left side of the frame is marked “MADE IN / CZECH REPUBLIC”. The right side of the chamber visible through the port is marked with a circle “P” and the serial number. The right side of the slide is marked “17”, “C / CZ” in a triangle, circled “P”, and the serial number. The right side of the “CZ-USA, KANSAS CITY, KS”, circled “P”, and the serial number.
Barrel Length: 4 5/8”
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a red fiber optic bead slotted in a base that has a serrated rear face and is dovetailed to the slide. The rear sight is an elevation adjustable U-notch with a serrated rear face that is dovetailed and set screwed to the slide. The top of the slide is serrated to reduce glare.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece checkered synthetic panels each marked “CZ SHADOW” and “2”. The front and back strap are checkered. The grips are free of any notable defects and the checkering is very sharp, particularly on the front and back straps. There are no chips or cracks, naturally. The grips rate in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore but there is some light fouling in the grooves.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is nothing in the way of major wear, just a few faint handling marks. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes in its original serial matching CZ hard case with paperwork including a manual, one 12-round magazine, safety lock, cleaning rod and brush, and an addition slide release.
