Markings: The left of the chamber is marked “USE ONLY / 270 WBY MAG.”. The left of the receiver is marked “MARK V”, “Weatherby / PASO ROBLES, CA”, and “MADE IN U.S.A.”. The underside of the bolt handle is hand inscribed “0260”. The right front of the receiver is marked with the serial number. The bottom of the trigger guard is marked “W” in gold-tone color fill.
Barrel Length: 26” Threaded & Fluted, 28” to Muzzle Brake
Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. The top of the receiver has two pairs of drilled, tapped, and filled holes.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is grey spiderweb textured black synthetic with a pistol grip, monte-carlo comb with cheekpiece, solid black rubber Decelerator recoil pad and sling studs front and rear. We believe that it is a Bell & Carlson stock. There is light handling wear. There are no chips or cracks. The texturing is strong. The LOP measures approximately 13 1/2″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the recoil pad. The pad has minor wear and is still supple. Overall, the stock is in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its metal finish. The most noticeable defects are some scuffs that have thinned the finish and light finish loss on the bolt knob. The bottom metal has a few light rubs. The barrel and receiver have light handling marks. There is light handling and operational wear. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Fine-Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The trigger is light and crisp. We did not fire this rifle. As with all firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: A serial matching box and muzzle brake are included. The box shows creases from storage and has no rips or tears, rating in about Very Good condition.
Our Assessment: This is a beautiful Weatherby Mark V Accumark rifle, in about Fine-Excellent condition. It is apparent that this rifle has not seen much, if any use in its lifetime. The bore is shiny with sharp, deep rifling and the trigger is light as a feather. Please see our photos and good luck!
