Our Assessment: This is a two-tone Model PPK/S pistol made by Smith & Wesson under license to Walther. After WWII, Walther had Manurhin make parts for their PP and PPK pistols that Walther then finished, stamped with the Walther name and assembled. Manurhin also made pistols under their own name for sale in the United States. In 1978, Walther licensed Interarms to make PP and PPK pistols for them, and later licensed Smith & Wesson. The pistol is chambered in .380 ACP and comes with a black factory case, one factory magazine, a fired cartridge case and paperwork. This pistol is in about Excellent condition with 98% of its blued and stainless-steel finish remaining. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. This is going to make someone a very nice pistol for concealed carry that can also be used for home protection. The PPK pistols are known to be reliable, and the two-tone finish on this example is particularly appealing. Please see our photos and good luck!
