As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: Because of the Gun Control Act of 1968, importation of the Walther PPK was disallowed, and Walther enlarged the pistol to the PPK/S model to get around the restrictions. The PPK/S was made by Walter in the 70’s and then by license to Walter by Interarms starting in 1978, who also made the PPK model. In the late 1990’s, Smith & Wesson started making the pistols under license to Walther. This is a stainless steel PPK/S in .380 ACP caliber made by Interarms in the 1990s. This pistol is in about Fine condition with about 95% of its original finish remaining. The bore is semi-bright with sharp rifling, no erosion and some stubborn fouling. The pistol comes with three magazines with floorplate extensions to allow the pinky finger a place to rest. If you want a small pistol for concealed carry or if you have small hands that won’t fit around a grip with a double stack magazine, this is your chance to get a quality pistol made here in the United States. Please see our photos and good luck!
