Markings: The left side of the slide is marked with “WALTHER” on a banner and “PPQ”. The left side of the frame is marked with “CARL WALTHER / ULM/DO.”, “READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL” and “PPQ”. The rear of the frame is marked with “FAW9838”. The right side of the slide is marked with “DE CIP / N BH”, the Ulm antlers, and the serial number. The right side of the chamber is marked the “WALTHER” banner over “CIP / N” and “9mm x 19 / FAW9838”. The right side of the frame is marked with “WALTHER ARMS / FORT SMITH, AR”, “MADE IN / GERMANY”, “CIP / N” and “PPQ”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade with a white dot fixed to the front of the slide. The rear sight is a square notch sight with two white dots, adjustable for windage, dovetailed to the rear of the slide. The top of the slide is serrated for glare reduction.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grip is black polymer integral to the frame with raised texturing, finger grooves on the front strap and sides, and a Picatinny rail. There is no notable damage, only minor handling wear. There are no chips or cracks. The overall condition of the grips is Excellent. The backstrap is interchangeable for hand size. Currently installed is a medium size. Also included are small and large sizes. These show no notable wear and also rate in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is well defined. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are no nicks or scratches, only minor handling wear. There are no worn or loose pins. The screw slot is sharp. The markings are clean and clear. Overall, this handgun rates in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included is a black plastic carry case with foam insert, paperwork including a manual and test target, two 15-round magazines, reload assisting device and the two previously mentioned interchangeable backstraps. The carry case has no nicks or scratches, only light handling wear. Overall, the carry case rates in Excellent condition. The magazines show little to no operational wear and are in about Excellent condition. Please note, no magazine will be included for buyers who reside where they cannot legally be transferred.
