Our Assessment: This M1 Garand was originally made back in 1941. It was eventually stripped down and sold by the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) as a receiver. It has been rebuilt and looks great. The bore is bright and action sits in a beautiful laminate stock. This is a Nice looking rifle that should do well out at the range.
