The right side of the slide is marked with “PB” in an oval and a Beretta warning. The left side of the frame is marked with the serial number “C49722U”, “CAT. 1970”, a series of Italian proof marks, and a n Italian “CF” date code in a box, indicating the year of manufacturer as 2011. The right side of the frame is marked “PB”, “87 CHEETAH – CAL .22 L.R. / READ MANUAL BEFORE USE”. The right side of the barrel is marked “CAL .22 L.R.”. The left grip panel is marked “PB” in an oval, and the right is marked with the three arrow Beretta logo.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade with a white dot integral to the slide. The rear sight is a square-notch with two white dots dovetailed to the slide.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece checkered wood panels with smooth borders. The smooth areas on both panels show scattered minor scuffs and compressions. The checkering is sharp, and there are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips rate in Fine condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion.

Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 96% of its metal finish. The barrel shows light operational wear and there a re a few minor scuffs onthe slide chin. The screws show light tool marks with strong slots, and all markings are clear. Overall, this pistol rates in Fine condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. The single action is crisp, and the double action is smooth. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol includes a blue Beretta textured plastic snap-case and one (1) 8-round magazine. The case shows only minor wear from storage and handling, and rates in Fine condition. The magazine shows minor operational wear, has a strong spring, intact feed lips, and rates in Excellent condition.
