Markings: The left side of the top barrel is marked “TRIBORE” and “MADE BY FABARM ITALY-CAL.20GA-CH.76MM 3″”. The left side of both barrels are marked with various factory stamps and proof marks. The barrel lug is marked with various factory stamps and proof marks including the “BS” date code. The barrel flat is marked with the serial number, “608228” and “CAL. 20/76”. The interior of the forend iron is marked with the serial number, “608228”. The left side panel is marked with a gold game bird and “HECKLER & KOCH / INC STERLING-VA”. The right side panel is marked with “FABARM / BRESCIA-ITALY” and a gold game bird. The grip tang is marked with the serial number, “608228”. The grip cap features the Fabarm rampant lion. The underside of the receiver is marked “FABARM” over the Fabarm rampant lion, “MAX / MADE IN ITALY / 100%”, and “INC. BRESCIANI”. Areas of the barrels, the receiver, trigger guard, and grip tang feature floriate engraving.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a red fiber-optic fastened to the barrel rib. There is a brass mid-bead fixed to the barrel rib.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered wood with pistol grip, straight comb, and textured ventilated black rubber recoil pad with leather lining. The buttstock shows just a few minor dings most notable on the right side. The forend shows a few light nicks and one more notable dragline near the forend cap. The checkering is sharp. There are no chips or cracks. The drop at comb is 1 1/2”, the drop at heel is 2 1/8”. The stock is cast slightly off. The LOP measures 14 1/2” from the front of the right trigger to the back of the pad. The leather lining shows a crack at the heel and is peeling away slightly from the recoil pad. Overall, the stocks rate in Fine condition.

Bore Condition: Both bores are bright and there is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 97% of its metal finish. There are light handling marks, with some thinning on the muzzle. The engraved metal areas show just a few minor nicks and the right side panel shows a light scuff. Screws show minor tool marks with strong slots, and all markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The lockup is tight with no play to the receiver. We did not fire this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This shotgun includes a blue plastic HK Fabarm luggage case with padded lining, three additional chokes, a trigger lock, and choke key. The case shows light handling wear with a small cluster of scuffs on the top panel, some light scratching on the bottom, and rates in Fine condition. The additional chokes show light operational wear and rate in Fine condition.
