Markings: The right side of the slide is marked ”COLT GOLD CUP TROPHY MODEL”. The left side of the slide is marked “COLT GOLD CUP / -TROPHY-” and with a trophy cup. The right side of the frame is marked “COLT’S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A. / GCT19834”. The barrel is marked “-COLT 45 AUTO N.M.-“.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade fixed to the front of the slide. The rear sight is a square notch adjustable for windage and elevation in a base pinned to the rear of the slide. The top of the base is marked “CHAMPION”. The top of the slide has a serrated rib for glare reduction.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The installed grips are VZ two-piece serrated G10 panels with a smooth thumb-scallop on the left panel at the magazine release. The grips have no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips are in Excellent condition.
Also included is a one-piece checkered black rubber wraparound grip with silver colored Colt medallions. This grip has no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. The checkering is sharp. There are no rips or tears. Overall, this grip is in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. There is faint operational wear and a few minor marks. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The slide to frame fit has barely perceptible play. The trigger is crisp. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, it may need a thorough cleaning to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes in a blue plastic Colt box with serial-matching label, an assortment of factory paperwork including manual, the additional grip as described, a replacement recoil spring, two 8-round Wilson Combat magazines, two other 8-round magazines with an unfamiliar logo, a single 7-round Colt magazine and a single 10-round Colt magazine. The case has minor storage wear, in about Fine-Excellent condition. The magazines show minor operational wear, intact feed lips and strong springs, in Fine-Excellent condition.
