Our Assessment: The Type 54, a copy of the Soviet TT-33 Tokarev, remained a sturdy and reliable pistol within the Chinese military for 30 years, having been produced from 1955-1985. This example is in Very Good condition as is the holster included with it. It would compliment your collection of military pistols. This example should be especially interesting as it was brought to the United States without any import markings and without the safety mechanisms added to the pistols to comply with later US import requirements. This original configuration Type 54 is a lucky find for the collectors! Please see our photos and good luck!
