Markings: The top of the barrel is marked “MANUFACTURED FOR THE / -CIMARRON REPEATING ARMS CO. FREDERICKSBURG, TEXAS” in front of the rear barrel sight and “44 W.C.F.” just ahead of the receiver. The bottom tang is marked with the serial number “S11153”. The bottom of the receiver, just rear of the forend, is marked “CAT. 12316”. The left side of the barrel near the receiver is marked with two Italian proof marks. The left side of the receiver is marked with two proof marks and the date code. The bottom protected portion of the barrel is marked “A. UBERTI-ITALY”.
Barrel Length: 30″, Octagonal
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a globe sight with a replaceable fine crosshair that is dovetailed to the barrel. The rear barrel sight is a semi-buckhorn U-notch leaf with an elevator that is dovetailed to the barrel. The tang sight is a flip-up fully adjustable Marble Army peep aperture sight.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut. The forend has a schnabel tip. The buttstock has a straight grip, straight comb, and a blue steel buttplat. The stocks have minor handling wear with only a few hardly noticeable marks. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 11 7/8″ and 12 5/8” from the fronts of the triggers to the back of the buttplate, respectively. The plate shows no notable wear. Overall, the stocks are in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its metal finish. The lever shows some light handling marks. The barrel has a few barely visible marks. The case color on top of the hammer has thinned. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle is in about Fine-Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The hammer has a half-cock safety position. The trigger breaks crisply and is very light. The lever locks up solidly. We have not fired this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
